What is Readout?

Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Full access to 150+ prebuilt reports (sales, tax, inventory, payouts, POS, fulfillment) for one store; 5 AI-built reports/mo — concrete onboarding gate: stores under 1,000 lifetime orders only, with no credit card and no time limit. It's not a stripped-down trial.
Will the price ever change based on my order volume?
No. Unlimited is $19/mo flat regardless of volume — unlimited AI generations, multi-store consolidation — same price on Basic or Plus.
How do I actually pay?
Through Shopify's own billing — approve the charge once inside your Shopify admin and it's billed on your normal Shopify invoice. See Pricing for the full breakdown.
Can I cancel or downgrade anytime?
Yes, anytime, from the app's page in your Shopify admin — no email, no retention flow, no minimum term.
Does Readout work with the other Keelhelm Shopify apps?
